    Abstract: A portable shipping station (20) includes a wheeled cart assembly (22), a central table (24), a packaging dispenser roller support frame (26), and a pivotable hopper boom assembly (28). The roller support frame (26) serves to dispense packaging materials (122, 124) from a detachable rod (120) that may be retained at selected elevations by hooks (e.g., 116, 118) on a pair of upright standards 108, 110). A boom (140) may be used to pivot a filler-dispensing hopper assembly (158) along a horizontal arc (148).
