The portable electric power hub further includes an intermediate section that includes a plurality of sides that are joined together by a second plurality of rounded corners. Each side of the intermediate section is adjacent to and aligned with a corresponding one of the plurality of straight edges of the base section and each of the second plurality of rounded corners is adjacent to and aligned with a corresponding one of the first plurality of rounded corners. The portable electric power hub further includes an upper section including a plurality of angulated sides joined by a third plurality of rounded corners.

The central section has a transverse slot along which the bendable tab can be bent with respect to the central section. The bendable tab can be bent 90° with respect to the central section. The bendable tab has at least one transverse slot along which a first portion of the bendable tab can be bent with respect to a second portion of the bendable tab.

Abstract: A computer keyboard holder has a wall angulated at a predetermined angle. A built-in shelf is offset from the front side of the wall and has a horizontal base that is angulated from the wall. The horizontal base has a top surface for storing objects. The built-in shelf has a back that is perpendicular to the base and a pair of triangular shaped sidewalls located such that the top surface is between the sidewalls. A bracket extends outwardly from a bottom edge of the wall to receive a portion of a lengthwise edge of a keyboard. A keyboard is stored on the keyboard holder by positioning a portion of the lengthwise edge of the keyboard on the bracket and leaning the keyboard against the front side of the wall. When a keyboard is stored on the keyboard holder, the keyboard obscures the view of the built-in shelf.

The portable apparatus also has a top member connected to the post members and an intermediate support member that is attached to the post members and located between the top member and the base member.

The apparatus has a receptacle enclosure housing and a component housing that is movably attached to the receptacle enclosure housing. The component housing can be pivoted to a horizontal position or vertical position. An elongate member is removably inserted into a first combination of through-holes to maintain the component housing in a horizontal position under the work surface of a work station. In order to orient the component housing in a vertical position, the elongate member is removed from the first combination of through-holes and the component housing is pivoted to a vertical position. The elongate member is then reinserted into a second combination of through-holes in order to maintain the component housing in the vertical position. The apparatus provides a plurality of utility receptacles and has a cable retractor and VGA switching device.
