Abstract: A flavor delivery vehicle described herein provides natural flavor to the food and beverage market. The flavor delivery vehicle preferably uses malted grain that has been plated with natural flavors or other ingredients to bring shelf-stable, consistently dosed and easy-to-use flavors to the food and beverage industry.

Abstract: An adjustable sofa-bed assembly for use within a vehicle such as a van or RV. The sofa-bed includes a seat portion, a back portion, and either a permanently fixed base or a removable leg portion which allows the legs to be installed into the vehicle prior to installing the seat and back portions to allow for additional elements to be installed beneath the sofa-bed, such as power elements for a powered sofa-bed assembly or for other equipment. The sofa-bed can be transformed from a sofa configuration with an upright back portion to a bed configuration with a laid-flat back portion. When in the bed configuration, the seat portion and back portion are aligned such that there is no gap between the two portions and the two portions lie completely flat, forming a complete bed assembly.

Abstract: The invention provides a portable lighting device with an elongated main body that includes a housing with receiver, and a power source positioned within the receiver. An operational mode selector assembly with a switch assembly that is actuated by a user is operatively coupled to the power source. An illumination assembly is electrically coupled to both the operational mode selector and the power source. The illumination assembly has a primary light source with a light emitter that emits light axially along a longitudinal axis of the main body or housing through a lens. A secondary light source with a light emitter emits light substantially perpendicular to the axis to illuminate an indicia located in a side region of the illumination assembly.

Abstract: Adjustable driver's side and passenger's side side-facing sliding seat assemblies. Each side-facing sliding seat assembly is adjustable between an original seat orientation to an extended, sleeping surface configuration wherein the two side-facing sliding seat assemblies converge together, forming a flat sleeping surface. The side-facing sliding seat assemblies may also mate with a lay-flat sofa bed assembly for a larger flat sleeping surface. Each of the side-facing sliding seat assemblies may be powered and adjustable using a motor to transform between their two respective configurations.

Abstract: A support frame for use in a convertible bench/table apparatus. In one presently preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support frame includes an upper portion movably mounted to a lower portion. In such preferred embodiment, the lower portion includes a first leg, a second leg, and a seat mount, where the seat mount is comprised of an upper surface and a lower surface defining a space therebetween which is capable of receiving one or more seat members to form a seat. Further in such embodiment, the upper portion preferably has a backrest mount which includes a first surface and a second surface that define a space therebetween which is capable of receiving one or more backrest members to form a backrest.

Abstract: A convertible bench/table container apparatus is disclosed in one presently preferred embodiment of the present device as including a support container assembly having an internal storage chamber disposed therein for the purpose of storing children's toys, clothing, blankets, etc. or for use as an ice chest, food receptacle, etc. In preferred construction, the support container assembly may be formed having a base board member and one or more openable seat members to facilitate access to the internal storage chamber of the support container assembly. Preferably, the seat members are hingeably attached at a first end to the base board member and operably disposed in alignment with a raised rim of the upper portion of the support container assembly which provides structural support to the seat members in a closed position.
