    Abstract: A method for managing reliability of a cloud application includes deploying one or more detection engines into a customer environment. The method also includes monitoring data related to the reliability of the cloud application from within the customer environment. The method further includes detecting, by the one or more detection engines, a parameter affecting the reliability based on a set of rules. In addition, the method includes generating a response to interrogate the customer environment based on the parameter.
