    Abstract: A real-time trade resource management system is shown. In a construction site having one or more points of ingress/egress a tracking assembly at each point of ingress/egress is used to determine when workers are first and last observed on the site. Each worker on the site is assigned to a specific contract for the construction project. A server, computer readable medium, and method for managing trade resources is described.
