    Abstract: A ready-to-sell unplanted plant vessel includes an accommodation space in which an amount of substrate sufficient for planting at least one plant in the vessel is arranged. The plant vessel offers improved protection against spilling of the contained substrate and is simple and cost-effective to produce. A foil-like cover is fastened to the plant vessel and covers the accommodation space so that the substrate is prevented from exiting the accommodation space.
