The assisting force adjusting mechanism is linked with the seat mechanism and includes a main linking casing, an assisting force setting rail and a positioning assembly. The assisting force setting rail includes a plurality of concaves. The positioning assembly is selectively positioned in one of the concaves so as to adjust a predetermined assisting force.
