Publication number: 20250247221Abstract: This disclosure relates to a lightweight authentication service, system and method that securely authenticates the identity of a secure user equipment (UE) or a device in a communication network system. The service and associated methods work by creating two partial secrets namely a first partial secret and a second partial secret. The first partial secret is generated by the manufacturer or the owner of the UE, which is stored on a secure location on the UE and the second partial secret is stored in a database storage system on a server in a cloud running an authentication service. The encryption of information elements is done by multiplying the information elements with the square of random numbers, the encrypted secrets are randomized and before transmission on the channel. The disclosure also describes a receiver UE that could either request an authentication service, running in a cloud, to authenticate a sender UE.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 26, 2024Publication date: July 31, 2025Applicant: Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU)Inventors: Thamer Almoneef, Haya Alaskar, Saqib Amin, Muddassar Farooq

Patent number: 12330857Abstract: A feeder system includes a donut-ring-shaped first wheel having a first groove recessed below its top surface, with a first hopper positioned above to receive material. A first conduit connects the hopper bottom to the groove, defining a feeding path. A mixer unit receives materials, connected to the first groove via a first suction head. A first motor rotates the first wheel, transferring material from hopper to groove to mixer unit. A donut-ring-shaped second wheel includes a second groove, second hopper, and second conduit. A second suction head connects this groove to the mixer unit, while a second motor enables wheel rotation for material transfer. The mixer unit combines both materials. The feeder system implements coaxial wheel arrangement with independent material flow control, enabling independent powder delivery for additive manufacturing applications.Type: GrantFiled: January 29, 2025Date of Patent: June 17, 2025Assignee: Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd UniversityInventors: Mushtaq Khan, Muhammad Asad, Muhammad Imran Khan

Publication number: 20250146585Abstract: A check valve having a through-flow grooved poppet is provided in which the poppet includes a plurality of helically-oriented grooves around the exterior surface of the poppet, as well as a set of poppet apertures. When the check valve is displaced from a closed position, fluid flows from a first port to a second port by passing through both the set of poppet apertures and the plurality of helically-oriented groves positioned on the exterior of the poppet. The poppet thus provides multiple flow paths which improves the performance of the check valve by reducing the pressure drop upon activation.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 6, 2024Publication date: May 8, 2025Applicant: Prince Industries, LLCInventors: Jesse O.
