Abstract: A metal three-dimensional printer, a printing method, and a three-dimensional printing material. The three-dimensional printer includes a printing head, a heating apparatus, a printing platform, and a sintering shaping chamber. The printing method includes a preliminary shaping step and a sintering step. The heating apparatus heats the three-dimensional printing material. A heating temperature of the heating apparatus is 50° C. to 300° C., and a binder bonds metal powder at 50° C. to 300° C., and the three-dimensional printing material is extruded onto the printing platform to form a preliminary cured object. In the sintering step, the preliminary cured object is sintered and cured into a shaped object.

The process cartridge includes a cartridge body, a photosensitive drum having a first axis, and a driving force receiving member having a second axis. The photosensitive drum is rotatably supported between two end walls of the cartridge body, and the driving force receiving member has a head portion and a shaft portion. The driving force receiving member is connected to an axial end of the photosensitive drum through an Oldham coupling; a rotation angle limiting mechanism is disposed between the driving force receiving member and the photosensitive drum; and the driving force receiving member is movable in a direction perpendicular to the first axis and rotatable around the second axis such that the second axis is either co-axial or parallel with the first axis.

Abstract: A developer cartridge comprises a cartridge box, a stirring member, a developing roller, a gear set which receives driving force and drives the stirring member and the developing roller; a rotation member which is installed on the exterior wall of the cartridge box and is provided with a clutch gear and a coaxial cam wherein the clutch gear has a small-diameter portion which is clearance-fitted with one gear top of the gear set and a large-diameter portion which is interference-fitted with the gear top and wherein the large-diameter portion is provided with an elastic friction layer along the circumference and the cam is in a staggered phase with the clutch gear; a contact member which is installed on the exterior wall of the cartridge box and has a contact end and a trigger end; and an elastic member which is installed between the cartridge box and the contact member.

Abstract: Disclosed is a toner cartridge. The toner cartridge comprises a rotary container body, a toner discharge port, a sealing component, a connection component and a transmission component. The toner discharge port is placed on the rotary container body. The sealing component is placed inside the toner discharge port. The connection component is slide-connected with the toner discharge port. The transmission component is slide-connected with the connection component. When the transmission component is driven to rotate, it drives the connection component, the toner discharge port, and the rotary container body to rotate together.

Abstract: A charge roller conductive film and a developer cartridge. The conductive film has an input contacting an electrical contact of an image forming apparatus main assembly, an output electrically connecting with a charge roller and a transmission section connecting with the input and the output. The input has a middle contact plate shaped like a bent strip. A side contact plate is formed on at least one side of the middle contact plate.

Abstract: Disclosed is a toner cartridge, which comprises a case, a toner outlet and a gate that can slide to close the toner outlet. The inside of the gate has a bump which can be resisted by the opening mechanism to open the toner outlet. The outside of the gate has an elastic buckle which can be resisted by the closing mechanism to close the toner outlet. The outside of the toner feeding compartment has a notch; the bottom surface of the notch is connected with the outside of the toner feeding compartment through the guiding slope. When the gate is in the closing position, the elastic buckle and the notch coordinate; when the gate is in the opening position the elastic buckle separates from the notch and puts over the outside of the toner feeding compartment.

Abstract: A process cartridge used in an image forming apparatus, the process cartridge having a photosensitive drum, a developer roller, a conductive electrode and a rectifier. The photosensitive drum and the developer roller are contacted with each other. The conductive electrode is contacted with a power supply electrode in the image forming apparatus to receive a developing bias. The rectifier converts an alternating current bias voltage into a direct current bias voltage. The rectifier is electrically connected between the conductive electrode and the developer roller. A rectifier converting an alternating current bias voltage into a direct current bias voltage is added into a contact process cartridge in the present invention. Therefore, the contact process cartridge can be applied to a printer using a jumping development method.

Abstract: This relates to an intelligent ink cartridge and method for manufacturing the same. The ink cartridge comprises at least one ink chamber for containing ink, an electronics module for storing identification information of the ink cartridge and ink remaining data. The electronics module comprises a micro-controller with embedded non-volatile memory, for storage, controlling, calculation and accessing of ink remaining data, so that the maximum ink capacity of the ink cartridge for use with the printer can be improved.

Abstract: An attachable and detachable continuously supplying ink container comprises two or more shell bodies that are separated from each other and substantially sealed. Each shell body is provided with an ink filling port having a cap, an air filter and an ink outlet port. Each shell body may form a continuously supplying ink container after it has been filled with ink. The ink container can supply ink to a corresponding print head or cartridge by means of a tube being connected with its ink outlet port. Each shell body of the ink continuously supplying container is provided with a connecting part for connecting an adjacent shell body of the continuously supplying ink container. Several shell bodies may be connected to each other and form a unit via the connecting parts. Accordingly, this provides convenience of use and a reduction of manufacturing cost and user cost.

Abstract: The invention involves seal rings useful for ink cartridges. The invention also involves ink cartridges having such seal rings. The seal ring comprises a tube-shaped, elastic part having an insertion opening at its lower end for receiving an ink supply needle. The top of the insertion opening includes a top sealing film. The top sealing film closes in its natural state and prevents ink from leaking through. The seal ring of the invention is simple in structure and effective in preventing ink from leaking out.
