Abstract: A master system for providing a single interface between a user and service providers associated with the user's telematic devices. A storage module stores information, including serial numbers of the telematic devices, car information associated with the telematic devices, buyer information associated with the telematic devices, and location information associated with the telematic devices. An interface receives queries from the user and provides selected subsets of the information as responses to the user. An input-output holds multiple simultaneous communication sessions with service providers.
