    Abstract: An exercise training device which includes a harness that is worn on the exterior of the foot or shoe of a user, and an elastic resistance cord that releasably attaches to the harness, such that the connection between the elastic resistance cord and harness is positioned at the heel of the user. The exercise training device is used to improve the strength and balance of a user. For example, use of the device improves the throwing motion of a baseball pitcher.
