Abstract: A cooling control device comprises a compressor, a condenser, a material reservoir evaporator, a freezing cylinder refrigeration inlet conduit, and a freezing cylinder refrigeration outlet conduit. An outlet end of the condenser is connected to a condenser outlet pipe. The condenser outlet pipe is in communication with three branch pipes, which are a freezing cylinder refrigeration pipe, a material reservoir pre-cooling pipe and a material reservoir freshness-preserving pipe arranged in parallel. The freezing cylinder refrigeration pipe is in communication with the freezing cylinder refrigeration inlet conduit. The material reservoir pre-cooling pipe and the material reservoir freshness-preserving pipe are in communication with an inlet end of the material reservoir evaporator. An outlet end of the material reservoir evaporator and the freezing cylinder refrigeration outlet conduit are respectively in communication with the compressor.

Abstract: A screw conveyor type delivering and mixing device is for combinational use on a plastics injection molding machine. The screw conveyor type delivering and mixing device comprises a large central screw rod and two small side screw rods that are housed in a delivering tube having a material feeding opening at one end. The delivering tube has a large central tubular portion for accommodation of the large central screw rod and two small tubular side portions for housing the two small side screw rods. The central tubular portion communicates with the two tubular side portions along the full axial length thereof. All the screw rods have sections alternatively having coarse threads, fine threads and medium threads consecutively with different pitches.
Abstract: A method of processing hot dross resulting from an aluminum smelting process is carried out as follows. First, the hot dross is filled in a hollow container which has a porous bottom plate closing a bottom opening of the container. A solid plate is placed on the filled hot dross. Then, an impact load is applied successively on the hot dross via the solid plate by an appropriate hammer mechanism. By the application of successive impact load, the air and aluminum content in a molten state are expelled from the dross and discharged through the porous bottom plate. The resultant solidified dross contains metal aluminum content without oxidized or nitrided, and therefore is suitable for use as a deoxidant utilized in deoxidizing process of oxidation smelting of steel.
