Abstract: A bottle hanger for use with a sport bottle is disclosed. The hanger is configured to secure a movable valve associated with the bottle in an open position during shipping, to maintain pressure equalization inside and outside the bottle. The hanger is further designed to flex without being dislodged from the bottle in the event a lateral force is applied to the handle portion of the hanger. The hanger is further configured to secure a merchandising tag in a forward-facing orientation for optimized viewing of the tag. The hanger may also be used with a variety of differently shaped bottle valves.

Abstract: A container is provided with a lid having a removable thermometer for measuring the temperature of liquids in the container. A gasket is provided to secure the thermometer to the lid and maintain a hermetic seal between the thermometer and the gasket and between the gasket and the lid. The gasket is resilient to maintain the hermetic seal when the thermometer is subjected to torque or other stresses such as may occur when the lid is attached or detached from the container.

Abstract: A fluid container is disclosed with a cap body made of rigid or semi rigid material and a valve body disposed within the cap body and movable between and open and closed position. The valve body is made of a semi flexible semi rigid material that has a coefficient of thermal linear expansion that is smaller than that of the cap body. The cap body and nozzle valve are configured with three different hermetic seals to counteract the effects of exposure to heat and cold over time and thereby extend the useful life of the cap and valve.

Abstract: A fluid container is disclosed. The container includes an enclosure for containing liquid and a first closure member. The first closure member is in the form of a fluid discharge assembly which includes a selectively removable valve body mounted for movement between an open position to permit flow of liquid from the enclosure and a closed position to prevent flow of liquid through the fluid discharge assembly. In addition, the closure includes a cap member mountable to a container, and the cap member defines a product outlet passage. The valve body is disposed for movement within the outlet passage between an open position to permit flow of product through the passage from said container and a closed position to prevent flow of product through the passage. The valve body is selectively removable from the outlet passage.
