Abstract: A mandoline slicer includes a slicing blade and an adjustable slicing ramp. A series of julienne blades are selectively movable between a stowed and a deployed position above the ramp. At a distal end of the ramp, a portion of the ramp is pivotable between a first position for using the slicing blade and a second position covering the slicing blade and exposing a grating surface.
Abstract: A canning funnel includes an upper bowl that tapers downward to form a relatively narrower neck to direct the food items into a jar. A lower skirt surrounds the neck, forming a seat between the skirt and the neck. The skirt includes a cutaway portion with markings to allow a user to see headspace remaining in the jar.
Abstract: A pepper corer set includes two separate pepper corers, each one of which is configured to remove a different sized core from a different sized pepper. A first pepper corer is configured to remove a stem and facilitate removal of the core from a relatively large variety of pepper such as a bell pepper, while a second pepper corer is sized to remove a stem and facilitate removal of the core from a smaller pepper, such as a jalapeno pepper.
Abstract: An avocado tool includes a handle having a first end and a second end, with a different tool head on each end. At the first end, the tool head is in the form of a tool configured for slicing avocados. At the second end, the tool head is in the form of a masher.
Abstract: One or more measuring cups or spoons include a handle and a measuring container. The measuring container is formed with a volumetric capacity such as a fraction of a cup, a teaspoon, or a tablespoon. The handle of a first measuring container includes a feature that interacts with a complementary feature on the handle of a second measuring cup to secure the first and second cups together. In one version, a downwardly extending rib on the handle of a first measuring container is received within a channel formed on the handle of a second measuring container. A set of containers is formed in which each of the containers has an attachment feature allowing the set to be attached together.

Abstract: A strawberry huller includes a blade that is attached to a housing, with a plunger configured to rotate the blade with respect to the housing. After the blade is inserted into the strawberry the plunger is pressed, causing the blade to rotate about the stem. The rotation of the blade produces a circular cut around the stem for ideal separation of the hull.
Abstract: A colander includes a front portion, an intermediate portion, and a back portion, with the intermediate portion being formed from a resilient material. The front portion is sized to be smaller than the back portion, allowing the front portion to be pressed into the back portion, folding the intermediate portion, for compact storage.
Abstract: An egg separator includes a bowl sized to accommodate at least one egg. The bowl includes sidewalls extending upward in a vertical direction from a lower portion on the bowl. In some versions, a clip is provided to attach the egg separator to a mixing bowl or measuring cup.
Abstract: An apple wedger for cutting fruits or vegetables into wedges or other desired shapes includes a slicer and a pusher, in which the slicer has a peripheral frame and internal cutting blades. The pusher is configured to be used to push at least partially sliced food items through the gaps between cutting blades. In some versions, the pusher is pivotally attached to the slicer.
Abstract: A fruit or vegetable peeler includes a handle with a blade, in which the peeler is shaped such that a first peeler can nest with or be secured to a second peeler. In some versions, the peeler includes a magnet secured to the peeler such that a first peeler is magnetically attracted to a second peeler having a similar attached magnet.

Abstract: A pizza wheel includes a handle that is configured to fold or unfold into a variety of configurations. In a stowed, two handle halves are positioned upright, parallel to a plane defined by a cutting wheel. In a deployed position, the handle halves are rotated apart from one another to positions about 90 degrees from the original stowed position.
Abstract: A nut chopper includes an upper hopper, a lower container, and a grate positioned between the hopper and container. A series of parallel blades supported on an axle and coupled to a crank is positioned so that the blades may be rotated through the grate. As the blades pass through the grate, they chop the nuts that are in the path of the blades. Once individual nuts are chopped into sizes that are smaller than the width of the openings formed in the grate, the chopped portions will fall through the grate and into the container.
