    Abstract: A weight system can be used with exercise equipment to perform workout routines. The weight system can include dumbbell head covers configured to be removably coupled to the heads of the dumbbell. The head covers can be installed on different sets of dumbbells in a workout routine to provide a customized workout. The head covers can have self-cinching end portions and a tubular central portion for extending over the head of the dumbbell. The self-cinching end portions can cooperate to hold the dumbbell head while performing lifts.
