    Abstract: A sleeve is held in a gathered postion with an elongated strap having an elastic loop on one end and a fastener on the other end. The fastener is passed through the loop and then folded back against itself to hold the fastener to the loop. The sleeve holder may also have one or two labels to add decorative graphics to the device.
