Abstract: Sling for urinary and fecal incontinence treatment comprises a mid-part 2, at least two fixing tails 3 provided with a anchoring means and comprising an elongated part 7, fixed to the mid-part 2, and an end part 4 fixed to the elongated part 7. The end part 4 includes a connection means 6 connectable to a tool. At least one fixing tail 3 is a autofixing tail including self-anchoring means 30, 31, 32, 33. The two elongated parts are flat and the end parts are axially disconnectable from the tool. The flat elongated part of the autofixing tail comprises flat self-anchoring means.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an injectable composition which comprises polymeric, water-insoluble, non-biodegradable, anionic particles, these particles having an irregular shape and a biocompatible carrier with a lubricated surface, a method for preparing the same, a method for treating a tissue in a patient which comprises injecting into the tissue site the injectable composition as a permanent implant and the use of the injectable composition as a medicament, particularly for bulking a tissue site.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sling (1) for treatment of urinary incontinence, consisting of a band (2) which comprises a middle part (3) and two end parts (4), the said sling including, on its middle part (3), at least one pad (6) with which it is possible to reduce, or even eliminate, the friction between the sling and the organs in contact with the said sling.
