Abstract: An oven for maintaining the quality of stored, heated food includes sensors for sensing the temperature of water in the oven's water reservoir and for sensing the temperature of air in the oven and a control system to compensate for the loss of heat and moisture when the door is opened by increasing the temperatures of the water and air above the set values for a period of time.
Abstract: Improved automobile cigarette lighter male accessory adaptor plug and female receptacle connector assemblies are disclosed whereby a vehicle's electrical system is adapted to operate a variety of remote electrical devices and appliances. Both the male plug and female receptacle are constructed as unitary connector assemblies incorporating in-line fuse holders receptive of miniature, generally flat, insert type fuses having visable fuse links and extending blade terminals; the fuse being openingly accessible at the exterior of the connector assembly whereby the same is air cooled and is readily visable and removeable for inspection or replacement without disassembly of the connector.

Abstract: Food treating processes to be conducted in an enclosure having control means to control the humidity of the atmosphere in the enclosure as well as the temperature in the enclosure to provide selected effects in the food where in general the temperature of water in a reservoir is maintained at a temperature no greater than the air temperature in the enclosure.
Abstract: Control means and method for controlling the characteristics of the operation of a food processing device by selective adjustment of temperature and vapor pressure including a chamber to hold food in process, a reservoir to hold water to be evaporated to the air in the chamber where a first heater is located in the reservoir to selectively provide heat of vaporization to the water to be evaporated, and second heater is supplied to heat air supplied to the chamber to increase the temperature of the air to a second temperature where the control means are provided to regulate time periods for which energy is supplied to the first and second heaters to control the humidity and temperature in the chamber.
Abstract: A new and useful method and apparatus for processing food at selected temperatures including food holding cabinet; food support means disposed within the food holding cabinet to receive the food to be processed; a liquid reservoir to hold a selected liquid to be evaporated from a surface thereof; first heater to heat the liquid to be evaporated to a first temperature, second heater to heat air in the food holding cabinet to increase the temperature of the air in the food holding cabinet to a second temperature where the operation of the first and second heaters can be simultaneous.
