Abstract: One aspect of the invention is a method and system for auditing transaction documents that includes searching a database to identify transaction documents satisfying at least one query criteria. The transaction documents are pre-loaded in a temporary storage space, and a first transaction document is displayed to a user. A user input is received from the user. In response to receiving the user input, at least one operation is performed on the first transaction document. A second transaction document is automatically displayed to the user without further user input.
