    Abstract: A high strength window screen frame is hinged for opening. The frame has a stationary frame and a movable frame. The stationary frame attaches to a building. The stationary frame has a protective lip extending forward from its perimeter. The movable frame is secured to the stationary frame by a hinge. The movable frame has a perimeter with a beveled side edge to allow opening of the movable frame without interference with the lip. A screen is secured to the movable frame.
