In a device associated with a user, a method is implemented to receive data identifying a product acquired by the user, configure the device to receive product support content for the acquired product based on the identifying data, the product support content having been curated from a plurality of content servers on behalf of the user, including product recall information received from a product recall server, receive a notification that curated product support content for the product is available, and present the curated product support content to the user. The method may further include organizing an inventory of the products, including generating folders to contain the data identifying the products, receiving user input to manipulate the data identifying the products into the folders, and presenting the data contained in the folders in a personal inventory report.
