Abstract: A tightening mechanism for adjustably setting a tape holder to an immovable state on a tape dispenser includes a tape holder being provided at an axially outer end with a flared round recess, a bushing ring having a bevel wall and being fitted in the flared round recess, and a locating member slightly smaller than the bushing ring for fitly seating in the bushing ring. A turning knob having a spring put thereon is sequentially extended through the locating member and the bushing ring to screw into a fixing bar, on which the tape holder is mounted. When the knob is turned, a tightness of the bushing ring against the flared round recess is progressively changed to thereby adjust the tape holder to different degrees of immobility, allowing the tape dispenser to apply to tapes of different adhesion ability.
Abstract: A handle for tape dispenser includes a plastic grip formed via a first time injection molding. The grip is provided at front and rear sides with shallow recesses that have smoothly curved profiles and predetermined depths. The grip is then positioned in a forming machine, so that two covers formed from a thermally plastic rubber material via a second time injection molding are set in the shallow recesses to tightly attach to the plastic grip, enabling comfortable and stable holding of the tape dispenser at the grip without unwanted sliding of the handle relative to a user's hand. Etched patterns, densely distributed dots or other grains may be formed on outer surfaces of the rubber covers to provide enhanced grip resistance.
Abstract: Disclosed is a packing apparatus combining tape-tightening and hoop-flattening devices into one unit. The hoop-flattening device has a connecting plate mounted on a handle of the tape-tightening device, so that the hoop-flattening device is pivotally connected to a top of the tape-tightening device. When the hoop-flattening device is turned to a vertical position relative to the tape-tightening device, its front head presses down a braking plate pivotally connected at a front ring portion to a rotary shaft of the tape-tightening device, causing a push plate mounted in the handle to press a front end against a toothed wheel mounted around the rotary shaft for the toothed wheel to tightly pull a tape for packing a parcel.
Abstract: Disclosed is a wrappage cutter including a holder and a cutting element disposed below and received in the holder. The cutting element includes a blade inclinedly fixed at an angle between 15 degrees and 35 degrees relative to the holder, such that when the holder is pushed forward against a paper to be cut, the paper can be easily and straight cut in a quick and safe manner.
