    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of olefin oligomerization to obtain liner ?-olefins, particularly to a method of separating olefin oligomerization products using an evaporator. The invention includes two embodiments of the method of separating the oligomerization reaction product streams. In accordance with the first embodiment of the invention, the oligomerization reaction product stream after the step of isolating an initial olefin is fed into an evaporator to the step of separating the oligomerization reaction product steam. In accordance with the second embodiment of the invention, the oligomerization reaction product stream after the step of isolating the initial olefin is separated into two streams, the first part of which is fed into the separation column, and the second part is fed into the evaporator. The invention allows to minimize a quantity of technological equipment contaminated by the by-product polymer.

The functionalizing lithium initiator is obtained by reacting an organolithium compound, a secondary amine and a diene-containing compound. In addition, the instant inventon relates to rubbers obtained by said method, rubber compositions and vulcanizates based thereon, semi-finished products and tires, comprising such a rubber. The present invention provides obtaining of rubber compositions and vulcanizates based thereon characterized by the improved complex of histeresis properties.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of preparing ?-olefins by oligomerization of C2-C4 olefins. The method is carried out by oligomerization of C2-C4 olefins in the presence of a catalyst system comprising a transition metal source, an activator, which is an alkylaluminoxane, and a compound of formula (I), Ar1Ar2P—N(R)—PAr3Ar4 [formula I], wherein Ar1-4 are the same or different and are selected from substituted or unsubstituted C6-C10 aryl, R is selected from linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C10 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl, wherein the oligomerization is carried out in a solvent, which is a bicyclic compound or a mixture of bicyclic compounds, preferably decalin. The claimed method provides a significant increase in the activity of the catalyst during the oligomerization process and, as a consequence, a reduction in the catalyst unit consumption, as well a reduction in the formation of polymer by-product.

    Abstract: The method consists of a polymerization process or a copolymerization process which is carried out in two parallel reactors, and each of dienes are polymerized or copolymerized with each other and/or with arylvinyl compounds, wherein an organolithium initiator, an electron donor additive and a branching agent are fed into the first reactor, and an organo lithium initiator, an electron donor additive and a functionalizing agent are fed into the second reactor, and the resultant polymerized mixtures are subsequently mixed with each other. This method allows for producing branched functionalized (co)polymers of dienes that are characterized by a statistical distribution of monomer units, a high content of vinyl units (1,2-butadiene units and/or 3,4-isoprene units (more than 60%)), a narrow molecular weight distribution and a controllable content of branched and functionalized parts in the (co)polymer.

The reactor comprises a housing with an inlet and an outlet for the introduction of reagents and the removal of reaction products. The reactor housing contains a pipe bundle situated such that the space between the pipes does not communicate with the internal volume of the pipes. The reactor housing is also provided with input and output pipes which communicate with the space between the pipes for the supply of a coolant or heat-carrier. A rod is removably installed in at least one of the pipes. Plates are attached to the rod, each of the plates has at least one opening. The plates are arranged in such a way that the openings of neighboring plates are not coaxial in relation to one another.
