Abstract: A specialized vehicle is provided to assist conflict resolution personnel in controlling unique incidents involving a mentally challenged, drug controlled, handicapped or other incapacitated, irrational or unpredictable individual. The vehicle is specially designed and equipped to provide a controlled environment where the individual can be directly dealt with in a calming and soothing manner, while also monitoring a control perimeter about the vehicle and communicating with people outside the vehicle about a particular incident, thereby assisting in de-escalating a potentially volatile situation. In association with de-escalating, one or more computer and/or cellphone app portals are established to provide people with incident related information.
