Patents Assigned to Putzmeister AG
  • Patent number: 6776558
Abstract: A method and an arrangement for concretizing vertical shafts having a depth of e.g. 500 m or more. The concrete is conveyed to a low-lying application site (20) in the shaft by a concrete column that is situated in a downpipe (30). Delivery of concrete is guaranteed without separation (demixing) or clogging of concrete. The concrete is removed in portions of from the succeeding concrete column at the output end of the downpipe (30), is separated from the concrete column, is depressurized and it subsequently conveyed to the application site.

  • Patent number: 6675822
Abstract: The invention relates to a concrete distributing boom for mobile and stationary concrete pumps. The inventive boom is provided with a substructure (14, 14′, 14″), a pillow block (32) that can be rotated around a vertical axis on the substructure and a stack of arms (16) consisting of several mast arms (34, 34′, 34″) that can be pivoted against each other. The first mast arm (34) is articulated to a hinge (36) of the pillow block (32). Moreover, a drive mechanism (38) is provided that is provided with a driving pinion (42) for rotatably driving the pillow block (32). Said pinion (42) can preferably be rotated around a vertical axis by means of toothed racks (40). The aim of the invention is to enable to easily change masts between different substructures (14, 14′, 14″). The pillow block (32) that is connected to the stack of arms (16) can be detachably coupled to the driving pinion (42) which is arranged in the substructure.

  • Patent number: 6183216
Abstract: The invention concerns an arrangement for conveying thick matter, in particular liquid concrete. The arrangement comprises a pump (12) which is to be charged on the input side with thick matter to be conveyed, and a distributor (10) which can be connected via a high-pressure feed line (20) to the pressure joint (30) of the pump (12) and preferably takes the form of a tunnel shuttering distributor. The high-pressure feed line (20) is connected both on the pump side and the distributor side to a pipe-switching device (22, 24) which can in each case be switched alternatively between two connections (26, 32, 40, 44). The pump-side pipe-switching device (22) is connected at its one connection (26) to the pressure joint (30) of the pump (12) and at its other connection (32) to the pressure joint (36) of a pressure medium pump (16) which can be acted upon by low-viscosity pressure medium via a reservoir (18).

  • Patent number: 6171075
Abstract: The invention relates to a sequential control system for two-cylinder thick medium pumps whose delivery cylinders (1, 1′) are actuated hydraulically by two drive cylinders (5, 5′) in opposing cycles. A pipe shunt (3) is provided inside a material feed container and is connected at the inlet side alternatively to the apertures (2, 2′) of the delivery cylinders (1, 1′) and at the outlet side to a pump line (4). The drive cylinders (5, 5′) are each connected at one end to a different connection pint of a reversing pump (6) to form a closed hydraulic circuit (11, 11′) and at their outer ends via an oscillating oil line (12) hydraulically to one another. To effect switching of the pipe shunt (3), pressure oil is taken off directly from the hydraulic lines (11, 11′) leading from the reversing pump (6) to the drive cylinders (5, 5′).
