The online server is further configured to: in accordance with receiving the first primary identification parameter, registering an event in a server database of an occurrence of the primary emergency situation at a first location based on the first primary identification parameter, wherein the first location corresponds to a location of the first booklet, and in accordance with receiving the first secondary identification parameter, registering an event in the server database of an occurrence of the secondary emergency situation at the first location based on the first secondary identification parameter.
