    Abstract: A polymer binder with high peel strength is used in a secondary lithium battery. The polymer binder is obtained by a ring-opening reaction of polyvinylene carbonate by a nucleophile. The polyvinylene carbonate accounts for 10-90% of the total mass of the polymer binder while the nucleophile accounts for 10-90% of the total mass of the polymer binder. The polymer binder has high peel strength (0.02-0.6 N/mm) and high decomposition voltages (4.5-6.0 V), and can be used as an electrode material binder in a secondary lithium battery.

A lower end of the riser is communicated with a gas inlet pipe, a liquid inlet pipe and a solid feeding pipe, while an upper end of the riser is communicated with a lower end of the degassing zone. An upper end of the downcomer is integrally fixed to a sidewall of the degassing zone. At least one hydrocyclone is arranged at a lower end of the downcomer. The hydrocyclone is provided with an overflow port at an upper end thereof and an underflow port and a valve at a lower end thereof. The overflow port is communicated with the riser. The crystallizer can simultaneously realize reaction, crystallization and separation for continuous production with low cost, regulating and controlling the particle size distribution and morphology of crystals.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an external loop slurry reactor, comprising a gas-liquid integrated distributor, a riser, a degassing zone, a solid-liquid separation circulation unit, and a storage tank. When the reactor works, reactants are injected into the riser through the gas-liquid integrated distributor; the slurry mixes and flows upwards to the degassing zone at the top for gas removal, and a large number of bubbles are removed. The slurry with catalyst particles then enters a downcomer and flows downwards. The slurry flows into a first-stage hydrocyclone and a multi-stage hydrocyclone in sequence for solid-liquid separation. The diameter of the first-stage hydrocyclone is larger than that of the multi-stage hydrocyclone. The separated solid particles flow back into the riser to continue to participate in the reaction.

    Abstract: The invention discloses an iron bipyridine complex, a preparation method of the same, and use of the same in polymerization of conjugated dienes the invention provides an iron bipyridine complex, which is used as a primary catalyst showing high activity in the polymerization of polyprene to obtain a polymer with a high branched-chain degree. The polymer has the characteristics of a high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution, and the molecular weight of the polymer can be adjusted by a chain transfer reagent. The obtained poly(conjugated diene) rubber has high branched-chain content and an ultrahigh molecular weight. Because there are a large number of side groups on the molecular chains of the rubber, the rubber is mainly used for preparing high-performance tires and other related rubber products with good wet traction and low friction-induced heat generation.

    Abstract: An internal loop airlift reactor (ILAR) for process intensification integrating reaction and separation includes a riser, a downcomer, a hydrocyclone, internals preventing occurrence of dead zone, a gas guide cone, vent holes, and a gas-liquid integrated distributor. The hydrocyclone is arranged at the bottom of the ILAR downcomer; the gas guide cone and the vent holes in the downcomer prevent the gas from entering the hydrocyclone; after the slurry enters the hydrocyclone, the solid-containing slurry enters the riser again from the hydrocyclone underflow, and the solid-free clean product flows out through the hydrocyclone overflow. The ILAR in the present invention has a simple structure and low cost and requires no special liquid-solid separation device. It can achieve gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction, interphase mass transfer, and solid-liquid separation simultaneously, and is suitable for a gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction in which the catalyst is solid particles.
