Abstract: A sheet production line comprises: a calender for laminating and calendaring a sheet blank; a first conveying mechanism arranged at a discharge end of the calender and used for carrying and conveying a semi-finished sheet product output from the calender, where the first conveying mechanism is a traction conveying mechanism; a section cutting mechanism arranged behind the discharge end of the calender in a traveling direction of the semi-finished sheet product; and a second conveying mechanism arranged at a discharge end of the section cutting mechanism in a traveling direction of the sheet sections, where the second conveying mechanism is a non-traction conveying mechanism.

Abstract: The present application provides a calender, a floor production line and a production method using the calender, wherein the calender comprises a calendering roller rack and a set of calendering rollers arranged on the calendering roller rack. The set of calendering rollers comprises a plurality of calendering rollers arranged in a line and not vertically. The present application changes the arrangement of the calendering rollers. The calendering rollers are arranged in a line, not vertically. This arrangement reduces the overall height of the calender, decreases the requirements of the calender on the height of the factory building and facilitates long-distance transportation by containers. Using the calender to assemble the floor production line, the height space of the factory building occupied by the production line can be saved.

Abstract: A system and control method for embossed-in-register of a sheet is provided. The system comprises a printed film winding/releasing mechanism, a film laminating roller and a pattern roller spaced from the film laminating roller, wherein the printed film is provided with first identifiers at intervals, and the pattern roller is provided with second identifiers at intervals; the system further comprises: a color code sensing mechanism configured to detect the first identifiers, an encoder configured to detect a rotation position of the pattern roller, and a control system; the control system comprises a storage unit, a data acquisition unit and a control unit; wherein, the control unit is configured to calculate a deviation of a pattern position, corresponding to a current first identifier, of the printed film and a pattern position, corresponding to a current second identifier, of the pattern roller in a same pattern, and generating a control signal of the pattern roller based on the deviation.

Abstract: A composition for producing a foamed layer of a sheet, comprising: a primary component and an auxiliary component; the primary component is composed of polyvinyl chloride and calcium carbonate, and the auxiliary component comprises a regulator, a stabilizer, a lubricant and a foaming agent; in parts by weight, the polyvinyl chloride is 75 parts, the calcium carbonate is 75 to 80 parts, the regulator is 6 to 8 parts, the stabilizer is 3 to 5 parts, the lubricant is 0.7 to 1.4 parts, and the foaming agent is 0.2 to 0.7 parts. The compositions for producing a foamed layer and solid layers of a sheet in the present application do not contain any glue-like component, and there is no gluing process in the production method, so it is very environmentally friendly and healthy.
