  • Publication number: 20220397293
Abstract: An HVAC duct ozone generator includes at least two ozone generation plate stacks, where each plate stack includes at least two independently electrically addressable plate groupings, where a primary plate grouping includes fewer ozone generation plates than a secondary plate grouping. Thus, the generator includes at least four independent ozone generation control channels to energize the primary and secondary plate groupings of each of the at least two plate stacks. The number of plates in a plate grouping may optionally be altered to reduce the ozone generation capacity of the primary plate grouping in relation to the secondary plate grouping through the movement of resistive collars between the stacked ozone generation plates.

  • Publication number: 20220152262
Abstract: A portable, vortex driven ozone distributor is disclosed that includes a vortex van and multiple ozone generation units within a canister. The vortex fan in combination with the canister provides the ability generate a high velocity stream of ozonated air that may be directed against the ceiling of a room. The high velocity of the ozonated airstream permits all surfaces of the room to be sanitized by the ozone because the air traverses the ceiling and follows the walls down to contact all surfaces of the room.

  • Patent number: 10555548
Abstract: An ozone generator includes at least four independent ozone generation control channels that energize at least four independent ozone generation plates. The at least four independent ozone generation control channels allow for multiple modes of operation, including sterilization, disinfecting, and managing, in addition to interleaved operation, which significantly extends the useful life of the individual ozone generation plates. The ozone generator is placed in a preexisting conditioned airflow that enters a conditioned airspace enclosed by a container. Being placed in the preexisting conditioned airflow, the ozone generator does not require a fan or other air movement device to actively transport ozone-enriched air or oxygen through the ozone generator.
