Abstract: The parked vehicle location system, comprising guiding means (2) distributed in the parking lot; positioning means (4) distributed along the guiding means (2); at least one license plate capturing device (3), comprising traction means for travelling along at least one section (2?,2?) of the guiding means (2); image capturing means (40) for obtaining the license plate of vehicles parked in the parking lot; means for reading (37) the positioning means (4), to determine its position; data transmission means (38) for sending information related to the license plates captured and the position where each license plate was captured to a control unit (5); the control unit (5) with data processing means (52) for obtaining from the information received the license plates of the vehicles parked in the parking lot and the parking space associated with each license plate.

Abstract: SYSTEM TO CONTROL AND SUPERVISE VEHICLE TRANSIT IN THE PUBLIC PARKING AREAS, consisting of the implementation of hardware and software permitting at the entrance of a public car park, the association of the radio-frequency identification device code located in the vehicle with the ticket dispatched or the used card. At the car park exit, this system permits to detect ticket and/or card exchange between different vehicles and accordingly to prevent the theft of a vehicle by using a ticket or card different from that related to said vehicle. Likewise, it detects and prevents the execution of fraudulent operations derived from exchanging tickets and/or cards.

Abstract: TRANSIT IN PUBLIC CAR PARKS, including the installation of software and hardware that processes and records, after automatic or manual capturing, the registration number of the vehicles, associating it by computer with the ticket code or number. It is applicable in public car parks for light vehicles.
