Abstract: A connection contact in a single piece has two insulation displacement contacts (14) having each an insulation displacement slot (16), a contact and guiding surface (20) and a shearing element. The connection contact further has two contact legs (22, 23) one end of which is connected to an insulation displacement contact (14), a home contact formed between the free ends of the contact legs and a section (27) that links the insulation displacement contacts (14). The disclosed connection contact in a single piece is characterized in that the linking section (27) is designed as a substantially U-shaped loop (28). As lead-shearing element, an insulation displacement contact (14) is associated to each leg (30) of the U- or V-shaped loop (28), so that the contact pressure between the contact legs of the home contact can be easily adjusted as desired. A fatigue-proof home contact is thus obtained, which is also economical to produce.

(2) for a connector block in telecommunication technology having a front-sided engaging means consists of an elastic, electrically conducting material and has a first contacting and securing section (10) as well as a second contacting and securing section (14). The first contacting and securing section (10) has a securing element (12) for producing a releasable connection with the connector block, the securing element (12) being arranged at a distance from the upper end of the first contacting and securing section (10). The second contacting and securing section (14) is provided with a securing element (20) to produce a releasable connection with a receiving arm of a carrier profile rail.

Abstract: Method for acquiring network knowledge in the individual operating locations of a digital transmission network having a plurality of network nodes.Following a computer outage, digital signal connections set up via central computers can no longer be reconstructed within the individual network nodes, so that no emergency operation is possible.The method is intended to place every participating network node into the position of maintaining the original or momentary path of the digital signal connection given computer outage or to restore it or, respectively, to independently set up or alternately route a connection.At the start of the digital signal connection, the digital signal is provided with an identifier in every transmission direction in the transmitting network node, this identifier being supplemented in every following, through-connecting and terminating network node. This identifier can be evaluated in each of these network nodes.
