Abstract: A system for publishing content for broadcast includes one or more processors. The one or more processors are configured to identify, in response to a user query, one or more video clips of a plurality of video clips stored in one or more storage devices. The one or more processors are further configured to display an indication of the one or more identified video clips and generate, based on a user selection of the one or more identified video clips, a rundown comprising the user-selected video clips. The one or more processors are further configured to determine that each of the user-selected video clips comply with a plurality of broadcasting requirements stored in the one or more storage devices and generate a playlist comprising each of the user-selected video clips of the rundown that comply with the plurality of broadcasting requirements.
