Abstract: A system for leveling and securing a partition, including a base or shoe for receiving the partition, and a channel or slot formed in the base by at least a first sidewall, an opposing second sidewall, and a lower wall positioned at least in part between the first and second sidewalls. The system further includes a rocker assembly and a clamp assembly positioned within the slot. The rocker assembly includes a stationary component positioned adjacent the first sidewall and a pivoting component pivotably connected to the stationary component on a side of the stationary component opposite the first sidewall. The clamp assembly may include a stationary block adjacent the second sidewall, a first sliding block slidably connected to the stationary block and adjustable by a first fastener, and a second sliding block slidably connected to the stationary block and adjustable by a second fastener.

A locking unit connects the module cover and the module base together. The locking unit is formed of a springy material and includes two locking bodies and a ramped tang extending from the bottom of the locking body, and a pair of latch members, one mounted on each side of the ramped tang. The module cover includes a reflector portion for receiving light from the light source. The assembly may be provided with a tool with a plurality of prongs, connected by a handle and which, when inserted, engage the ramped tang and move the latches, to release the lighting module from the support base.

A clamp assembly fits within the slot opposite the first isolator. The clamp assembly includes a block with a projection on the side thereof facing a shoe sidewall. The shoe sidewall face adjacent to the block has a groove capable of receiving a projection therein so that when the projection is received in the groove, the block is not movable in a partition-withdrawal direction across the shoe sidewall face. The clamp assembly also includes a panel edge receiving pocket adapted to receive and hold the bottom of the panel lower edge and the sides of the panel lower edge.

Abstract: A hand rail mounting system having a rail with an open end and a barrel with a open end configured to fit about closely about an outer surface of the first rail. The rail may be slidably received within the barrel. A clamp is positioned within the barrel and extends into the open end of the rail, with a portion of the end of the rail between the clamp and the barrel. A screw extends through the barrel and engages the saddle. The screw configured so that rotating the screw will draw the clamp toward the barrel and capture the end of the rail within the barrel between the barrel and the clamp. The end of the rail is generally contained within the barrel.

Abstract: A connector for pipe or tubing. The connector includes a unitary expansion member, formed from a body, a first expansion leg extending from the body, an optional second expansion leg extending from the body, and at least one opening extending through the body. In use, the connector is fastened in place by a fastener that is inserted through the at least one opening to contact at least one of the first and second expansion legs and force at least one of them to deform and contact the inside of the pipe or tubing, thereby securing the connector within the pipe or tubing.

Abstract: A system for mounting a partition, the system including a shoe with a slot for receiving an edge of the partition and an isolator that fits within the slot between the partition and a portion of the slot. A clamp assembly fits within the slot opposite the first isolator. The clamp assembly includes upper and lower blocks and a center block. The clamp assembly and the isolator are configured to permit the angling of the partition within the slot to place the partition in a desired position. Surfaces of the blocks are angled with respect to each other so that drawing the upper and lower blocks toward each other will urge the center block in one direction so that the partition is held within the slot.

Abstract: A rail system includes a cap rail defining a slot. Within the slot may be positioned expansion brackets that permit the cap rail to be mounted to a wall or a post. The expansion bracket is configured to engage an end of a fixture to position and secure the fixture within the slot. The expansion bracket defines a cable way for wires extending to or from the fixture. Other expansion brackets may be mounted within the slot to position and secure ends of fixtures when the mounting expansion brackets are not correctly positioned with respect to the end of the fixture. A rail system includes a pair of rails extending between a pair of posts. An in-fill panel is positioned within slots of each rail and extends between the rails. Expansion brackets within the slots engage the panel.

Abstract: A system for mounting a partition, the system including a shoe with a slot for receiving an edge of the partition and an isolator that fits within the slot between the partition and a portion of the slot. A clamp assembly fits within the slot opposite the first isolator. The clamp assembly includes upper and lower blocks and, optionally, a center block. Surfaces of the blocks are angled with respect to each other so that drawing the upper and lower blocks toward each other will urge one of the blocks in one direction and the other block or blocks in the opposite direction. The blocks include engagement surfaces which engage a side wall of the slot and a side of the partition to selectively and releasably hold the partition within the slot.

Abstract: A cutter clip and methods for installing a gutter cover onto a gutter system are disclosed. The gutter clip includes a mouth portion sized to provide an interference fit between the gutter cover and the mouth portion of the clip which stationarily secures the gutter cover to the gutter clip. The gutter clip is further provided with a mounting portion that fastens to the lip of a gutter. Once assembled, the gutter clip of the present invention provides minimum horizontal and vertical tolerances between the gutter and the gutter cover, such that water may flow freely into the gutter channel, but does not permit debris to be lodged therein.
