Abstract: A system for investment real estate searching is described that includes software that ingests real estate data from a plurality of data sources. The real estate data indicates properties and corresponding property characteristics, and the real estate data is normalized and stored in a data store. A subset of the properties are identified that include investment characteristics derived from the corresponding property characteristics. Investment data is generated that indicates the investment characteristics and investor activity for each of the subset of properties. A search request is received that specifies a geographic area and an investment type. In response to receiving the search request, it is algorithmically resolved based in part on comparing it to the investment data to generate a search result that indicates potential investment properties from the subset, and the search result is provided to the requesting device.
