    Abstract: A mobile firefighter trainer and method are disclosed for use in training and evaluating firefighters in the extinguishment of simulated aircraft fuel fires. The trainer include a trailer body in the shape of a simulated aircraft, a fuel distribution and burner system, and a central control means connected to the fuel distribution and burner system. The trainer and method allow for use of actual fire in a predetermined manner which fire is controlled and environmentally safe.
