The stroller has left and right side folding assemblies, each having a pair of mounting plates and a guide pivotally attached therebetween. Each folding assembly has a rearward end of one of the front wheel supports fixedly attached between the plates. A forward end of one of the handle supports is pivotally attached between the plates and rotatable relative to the front wheel support. An upper end portion of one of the rear wheel supports is positioned between the plates with an upper end being pivotally attached to the forward end of the corresponding handle support for application of a drive force thereto by the handle support.

    Abstract: A mattress system for use in cribs or beds for small infants or adolescent children is constructed of a base and a sleeping recess defined by side walls, a head wall, a foot wall, and a floor. The mattress is constructed of a foam material which is air permeable. The mattress including the side, head, foot walls and floor of the recess, are enclosed in a removable cover. The floor of the recess is covered by a detachable vinyl panel formed as part of the cover and having hook or loop type strips. A second floor cover in the form of a detachable sheet, having mating hook or loop style patches which engage their opposite counterpart on the vinyl panel. An accessory panel is constructed having the dimensions of the recess to fill the recess and convert the specialty mattress into a conventional mattress.

    Abstract: A foldable all-terrain baby stroller with an economical construction. The stroller has a tubular rear axle having left and right wheels mounted thereto and left and right laterally spaced-apart base frame members. The base frame members have flat forward end portions with a notch therein to receive the axle of a front wheel and flat rearward end portions with a hole therein sized to rotatably receive the rear axle. A spacer tube is coaxially mounted on the rear axle between the rearward portions of the base frame members to prevent inward movement thereof. Left and right upright frame members each have a lower end welded directly to the rear axle laterally outward of the rearward end portions of the corresponding left and right base frame members to prevent laterally outward movement thereof on the rear axle.

    Abstract: An assembly for converting a three-wheeled baby stroller to a two-wheeled bicycle trailer configuration. The conversion assembly includes an upper frame attachment attached to the upper stroller frame. Left and right support members are connected to a forward portion of the upper frame attachment and extend downward and each have at a lower end thereof an axle extension assembly. This assembly is positioned between the end of the stroller rear axle and the stroller rear wheel to extend the rear wheel base of the stroller to provide increased stability. A tow arm assembly extends from a forward end of the upper frame attachment and at a forward end thereof carries a hitch which clamps to the seatpost of a bicycle. An elongated baseplate is positioned at the forward end of the stroller lower frame and securely clamped thereto.
