    Abstract: A composite antenna arrangement is secured to a foundation, or pad, via a multi-element force absorbing truss-like pedestal. The pedestal provides elevation and azimuth rotational axes for selecting and adjusting the reflector pointing orientation, and permits job site reflector installation without requiring a lifting crane or the like.
