Abstract: A rainscreen panel may be installed using tools for spacing, positioning, and attaching the rainscreen to a supporting structure. A rainscreen installation tool may have a first short leg and a second and third long leg extending from a center. One of the long legs may be orthogonal to the short leg and the other parallel to the short leg. The rainscreen installation tool may also have a fourth short leg extending from the center which is orthogonal to the first short leg. One or more of the rainscreen installation tools may be positioned with one of the short legs between an installed rainscreen panel and new rainscreen panel so that the new panel is appropriately spaced from the installed rainscreen panel. A fastener may be positioned at an edge of the rainscreen installation tool in order to secure the new rainscreen panel to the supporting structure.
