Abstract: Disclosed herein is a script discrimination apparatus, comprising: a script acquisition unit configured to acquire a script for automating an operation related to operating a network; a keyword determination unit configured to determine whether or not a source code of the script acquired by the script acquisition unit includes a specific keyword that is related to a process of changing a configuration of the network; and a configuration change discrimination unit configured to discriminate, when the specific keyword is determined to be included in the script by the keyword determination unit, a process corresponding to a portion including the specific keyword from among processes described in the script acquired by the script acquisition unit as the process of changing the configuration of the network.

Abstract: Provided are methods and apparatuses for identifying a transport network slice in a data plane of a transport network by a network device. In an embodiment, the method includes generating a transport slice identifier corresponding to the transport network slice. The method further includes transmitting a configuration message requesting rendering of a transport network path assigned to the transport network slice. The method further includes obtaining a prediction, using an artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) model, of at least one required configuration of the transport network slice, based at least on historical information related to the transport network slice. The method further includes applying the at least one required configuration to the transport network slice.

Abstract: A radio access network control apparatus that controls O-RAN including O-RU as radio unit, has at least one processor that performs: by a communication function reconfiguration unit, reconfiguring at least one of hardware and software of at least one of transmitter circuit and receiver circuit in the O-RU. At least a portion of the communication function reconfiguration unit is provided in at least one of the SMO (Service Management and Orchestration) and the Non-RT RIC (Non-Real Time RAN Intelligent Controller), and reconfigures the O-RU through at least one of the Open Fronthaul and the O1 interface. The communication function reconfiguration unit provided in at least one of the SMO and the Non-RT RIC generates policy or necessary information for reconfiguration of the O-RU based on information collected concerning the O-RU.

Abstract: Embodiments herein disclose a method and alarm monitoring device (200) for alarm monitoring and de-duplicating alarms in a wireless network (100). The method comprises receiving a first alarm event (404) and second alarm events from a plurality of devices (100A-100N) in the wireless network. The method further comprises de-duplicating the second alarm events by merging the second alarm events with the first alarm event (404) based on a retrieved current status of the first alarm event (404) when the second alarm events are received within a predefined time period. The method further comprises inserting the second alarm events separately in a database based on the retrieved current status of the first alarm event (404) when the second alarm events are not received within the predefined time period.

The report management system includes a reporting service controller configured to create a BI report request to download a BI report using a BI template from a plurality of BI templates. The BI report request includes a list of data filters and a specific report format required by a user. Further, the reporting service controller is configured to create a connection with a graph database using a certified API. Using the certified API, the reporting service controller is configured to retrieve the BI data from the graph database based on the list of filters indicated in the BI report request. Based on the specific report format required by the user, the reporting service controller is configured to generate the BI report includes the retrieved BI data from the graph database.

Responsive to the UE being determined as configured to support the ENDC determining whether a source cell and a target cell are configured to support the ENDC. Performing on processing circuitry a first mobility modification in response to determining the source cell is an ENDC source cell and the target cell is a non-ENDC target cell. Performing on the processing circuitry a second mobility modification in response to determining the target cell is an ENDC target cell and the source cell is a non-ENDC source cell. The second mobility modification is different from the first mobility modification. Performing a handover from the source cell to the target cell in response to both the source cell and the target cell being configured for ENDC or non-ENDC.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for optimizing an uplink carrier aggregation in a radio access network (RAN) are provided. Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a system for providing continuous service in a wireless communication network. The system includes a communication management controller, a first DU connected to the communication management controller for communicating with a CU and a second DU. Traffic associated with the first DU is provided as input to an active port of the communication management controller and the first DU is configured to set an alarm signal to a control port of the communication management controller indicating an active status of the first DU. The communication management controller determines a failure of the first DU based on the alarm signal is not set and automatically switches the input from the active port to a default port of the communication management controller and provide continuous service in the wireless communication network by redirecting traffic associated with the first DU towards the second DU.
