Abstract: A method of providing a user customized instructional media file from a database containing a plurality of instructional media files is disclosed. The method includes identifying a plurality of the instructional media files based at least in part on a plurality of parameters selected by the user and stitching the identified plurality instructional media files into a compiled instructional media file. The method further includes making available for delivery the compiled instructional media file to the user. Additional methods and systems for performing the methods are also disclosed.
