Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention is a unique blower having an oil slinger system. Another embodiment is a unique rotor system having an oil slinger system. Other embodiments include apparatuses, systems, devices, hardware, methods, and combinations for rotor systems, blowers and other apparatuses that employ oil slinger systems. Further embodiments, forms, features, aspects, benefits, and advantages of the present application will become apparent from the description and figures provided herewith.

Abstract: An oil slinger for a blower is provided. The oil slinger provides many unique features including, but not limited to, being removably mounted to a rotatably mounted shaft. Such removable mounting can be accomplished through use of an adapter sleeve mounted over a shaft, a slinger hub onto which is mounted an oil slinger, and a lock nut with retaining element. In one form the adapter sleeve includes a outer frustoconical surface which engages an inner frustoconical surface of the slinger hub.

Abstract: A flotation device includes an elongated and flexible member with a channel extending between longitudinal ends of the flexible member, where the flexible member is configured to support an individual within water during a recreational activity, and a nozzle member securable to the flexible member. The nozzle member includes a flexible bulb member with at least one opening and a shaft suitably dimensioned to fit within the channel of the flexible member to secure the nozzle member to the flexible member. The bulb member can be squeezed to establish a pressure differential between a location within the bulb member and a location near the at least one opening.

Abstract: An actuable audible display (10) for mounting on the handlebars (12) of a child's vehicle such as a bicycle includes a visual image (15) depicted on a plate-like member (16) affixed to the handlebars and an actuable sound unit (19) mounted on the back of the plate-like member, which can be actuated by the rider of the bicycle to produce audible sounds that are commonly associated with what is depicted in the visual image. The plate-like member (16) has a generally trapezoidal shape corresponding to the shape of the handlebars, and is securable to the handlebars by looping self-locking ties (38) through holes (28, 30, 32, 34) in the plate-like member. The sound unit (19) is actuated by a button (54) which causes an electronics package (54) to retrieve from storage a recorded sound and to drive a loudspeaker 58 to produce a corresponding audible sound effect.

Abstract: A safety pivot guard for a pivot connecting a steering handle arm and front undercarriage of a coaster wagon encompasses the pivot to prevent injury caused from direct physical contact with the pivot. The safety pivot guard envelopes the pivot with an expandable, pleated section and is attached at its ends to either the steering handle arm or struts extending in the front undercarriage.
