Abstract: A coaxial hose for electrostatic oiling systems that includes a flexible external tube, and a flexible internal tube for the circulation of a second fluid inside thereof. The internal tube together with the external tube form an annular space for the circulation of a first fluid. The internal tube includes an internal layer made of PTFE that is intended to contain the second fluid, internal braiding that is intended to lend the internal tube pressure resistance and an external layer that is made of polyamide material which is intended to prevent the passage of the first fluid through the braiding.

Abstract: An apparatus for heating and melting solid lubricants in a delivery drum, including a heating element composed of armored resistors shaped as concentric rings and junction spokes. A hoist lowers and raises the heating element into and out of the drum via vertical rods that are not heated. A first thermal sensor is connected with the heating element, and a second thermal sensor is mounted on the vertical rods. A transfer pump withdraws melted lubricant from the drum via a suction tube having a bottom valve at its foot. A lubricant delivery tube is connected to the output side of the pump.

Abstract: An installation for the electrostatic oiling of metal strips, with an integral system for heating the fluid circuits which allows the application of products which are solid at room temperature with melting point of 30-50° C., wherein the main heated components of the installation are constituted by: a container (3) provided with double wall an shell and bottom within which diathermic oil circulates, a heated circulation pump (5); an electrical passage heater (6); heated Duplex filters (7, 13); heated metering pumps (8); heated pipelines (4, 12, 14); a heated booth (20); heated self-priming pump (16).
