    Abstract: The present invention improves the operability of a throttle lever device mounted in the vicinity of a grip at one end of a handlebar of a water jet bike or a snowmobile when the rider rotates the handlebar to the left or right. A front end portion of an operation lever 3 can be moved vertically relative to a bracket 1 for a throttle lever within a certain range, and a throttle cable 6 can be directly or indirectly actuated by virtue of gripping operations of the operation lever 3.
