Abstract: A tent and/or gazebo including a framework (2), which forms a protected area (3) accessible for people, wherein at least one sheet-like structure (4), in particular at least one tent tarpaulin, can be at least partially placed on an outer contour of the framework (2). At least one tensioning beam (5) is provided that is supported by the framework (2) and penetrates the outer contour of the framework (2) such that the at least one sheet-like structure (4) which has been placed thereon is tensioned on the outer side of the tent and/or gazebo (1) by the at least one tensioning beam (5).
