Abstract: An organic material layer fabrication method includes the step of coating a surface of a substrate with an organic material that contains an organic solvent, and the step of lowering the pressure around the organic material to lower the solvent content of the organic material. By reducing pressure around the organic material to lower the solvent content of the organic material during the fabrication of the organic material layer, the invention eliminates material overflow, improves manufacturing quality, shortens the fabrication time, and reduces the manufacturing cost.
