The pallet 1 comprises a planar deck 10 for receiving a load thereon and a chassis below the deck for supporting the deck. The chassis comprises a plurality of hollow beams 112 of constant quadrilateral cross section in a grid formation to act in bending to assist in pallet load support. The makeup blender is electrically powered by replaceable batteries or rechargeable batteries. The makeup blender provides for an attachment interface that facilitates easy snap on or off, for attachments such as a brush or a cotton ball holder. The electrically powered consistent vibration on an attachment such as a brush provides for even and smooth blending of makeup over the skin.

A rotabable discharge device includes an arm for scraping the inside of the bin and a frusto-conical chute from which sludge is discharged through a gate to a waiting truck. A stationary scoop is provided mounted on the gate to scrape the interior wall of the chute of adhering sludge.
