Publication number: 20240185596Abstract: A method for checking a marking of a product. In an image acquisition step (3) at least one image (4) of the marking arranged on a surface of the product is acquired by a calibrated test camera, and in a layout checking step (1), using the at least one recorded image (4), the quality of the marking applied on the surface is checked with respect to static data such as position and machine-readability. Using the at least one image (4) recorded by the test camera, in addition to the checking of the quality of the marking in the layout checking step (1), in a code checking step (2), variable product information (12) contained in the marking is acquired and the acquired variable product information is compared with reference information from a reference information database (13). A correspondence characteristic is determined by means of the comparison.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 8, 2022Publication date: June 6, 2024Applicant: REA Elektronik GmbHInventors: Michael NEUSCHÄFER, Stephan STRELEN

Patent number: 7824015Abstract: An ink jet writing head includes a pressurized ink chamber provide with at least one ink nozzle that is closed by a mobile valve body. A piezoelectric valve actuating device that is electrically connected to a control device drives the valve body with reciprocating motions. The valve body is held by a closing spring in the closing position thereof and is connected to a connecting rod in a driving manner. At least one curved spring strip engages with the end of the connecting rod, located at a distance from the valve, the spring strip being supported on the valve-side end thereof, opposite the ink chamber. The connecting rod is subjected to the tractional prestress of a tension spring. At least one piezoelctric element is applied to the spring strip, the piezoelectric element being controlled by the control device in such a way as to perform tractile movements.Type: GrantFiled: October 24, 2005Date of Patent: November 2, 2010Assignee: REA Elektronik GmbHInventor: Manfred Pauly

Publication number: 20090115816Abstract: The invention relates to an ink jet writing head comprising a pressurised ink chamber (2) provided with at least one ink nozzle that is closed by a mobile valve body (6). A piezoelectric valve actuating device (9) that is electrically connected to a control device (18) drives the valve body (6) with reciprocating motions. The valve body (6) is held by a closing spring (7) in the closing position thereof and is connected to a connecting rod (8) in a driving manner. At least one curved spring strip (14) engages with the end of the connecting rod (8), located at a distance from the valve, said spring strip being supported on the valve-side end thereof, opposite the ink chamber (2). The connecting rod (8) is subjected to the tractional prestress of a tension spring (7, 23). At least one piezoelectric element (17) is applied to the spring strip (14), said piezoelectric element being controlled by the control device (18) in such a way as to perform tractile movements.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 24, 2005Publication date: May 7, 2009Applicant: REA ELEKTRONIK GMBHInventor: Manfred Pauly

Publication number: 20090000391Abstract: A method for measuring liquid discharging through an outlet opening includes transmitting and directing a measuring signal so that the discharging liquid crosses it and receiving and analyzing the measuring signal by a receiver, wherein the measuring signal has a measuring signal beam width that is greater than the outlet opening of the discharging liquid. A measuring device is also disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 6, 2006Publication date: January 1, 2009Applicant: REA ELEKTRONIK GMBHInventors: Roland Dorrmann, Eric Folz

Patent number: 5602575Abstract: An ink chamber (2) connected to an ink pressure source is arranged in an ink jet printing head (1). Several closure elements (7), each of which closes an ink jet nozzle (5), are arranged in the ink chamber (2). Each closure element (7) is connected to a drive device via a tie rod (8). Each tie rod (8) moves out of the ink chamber (2) through an actuating opening (9). A tie rod seal arranged at each actuating opening (9) consists of a slim, conical frustrum-shaped sealing sleeve (12) which can be elastically deformed in the axial direction, the wider end of which is sealingly connected to the edge of the actuating opening (9) and the narrower end of which sealingly surrounds the tie rod (8). When the tie rod (8) moves axially, the sealing sleeve (12) is only deformed axially.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 1994Date of Patent: February 11, 1997Assignee: REA Elektronik GmbHInventor: Manfred Pauly
