Abstract: A lighted pipe wrench assembly having a first wrench member and a second wrench member cooperatively joined. The first wrench member includes a head portion having a first jaw section and an interface section, and further includes an elongate neck portion having a longitudinal axis. A receiving channel extends laterally therethrough the interface section. A communication channel extends radially from the receiving channel to an end port which terminates at the work surface. A primary illumination device formed for removable, axial sliding receipt in the receiving channel of such that an output portion is aligned with the communication channel. A first end cap cooperate to securely abut and seat the illumination device therebetween, and secure to the coupling portion.

Abstract: An eyewear temple arm mounted to an eyewear device, wherein a distal portion of the elongated body member defines a parking structure. A distal edge portion of the structure defines an opening into a cavity thereof which is formed and dimensioned for free sliding, peripheral receipt of at least the proximal portion of a functional element therein between an operational condition and a parked condition. A cover member is configured to cooperate with the parking structure for movement between an opened condition and a closed condition. In the opened condition, the functional element can be moved to the operational condition, while in the closed condition, the cover member extends over the parking structure opening to substantially enclose at least the distal portion of the functional element therein.

Abstract: A lighted hand tool includes a cylindrical-shaped rivet member, and a first and second tool member each having a handle, a jaw, and a pivot portion therebetween. A cylindrical bore section is defined by each pivot portion, and each bore is in co-axial alignment for aligned receipt of the rivet member therein. The rivet member prevents lateral separation of the first and second hand tool therebetween, while enabling pivotal movement of the jaw portions. An illumination device is formed for sliding receipt in the receiving channel of the rivet member, and aligns an output portion with the communication port to illuminate the work area. A first end cap and second cap are threadably disposed in the opposite openings into the rivet member. The first and second end cap cooperate to securely abut and seat the illumination device therebetween.

Abstract: An eyewear temple arm apparatus for an eyewear device including an elongated body member having a proximal end portion configured to mount to the eyewear device. The temple arm apparatus includes a functional element, an elongated flexible tether; and a guide base. The base is movably mounted to the elongated body member for movement thereof along a fixed path in a direction generally longitudinally therealong between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the guide base is positioned proximate to a proximal portion of the body member, while in the second position, it is oriented proximate to a distal portion thereof.
