Abstract: The invention relates to a method for increasing the shelf life of perishable goods, comprising the following steps: production of said perishable good in a production facility; delivery of said produced perishable product by means of a conveyor facility; packaging of said thus delivered perishable product by means of a packaging facility; and cleaning of at least one of the facilities selected from the group comprising the production facilities, the conveying facilities and the packaging facilities.
