Abstract: A compartmented beverage koozie with a protective compartment that secures personal items while insulating a beverage includes a body defining a cylindrical interior that receives and maintains the temperature of the beverage. A curved plate forms a rigid mounting structure conforming to the cylindrical interior of the koozie. A water-resistant compartment forms an integral structure of the koozie. The water-resistant compartment receives and secures personal items in physical proximity to the koozie, while preventing or substantially reducing exposure of the personal items to water or other environmental effects. A water-resistant compartment pocket holds smaller personal items and a larger compartment for holds larger personal items. A transparent door shows the personal items protected within the water-resistant compartment. A door latch and gasket assembly establishes a water-resistant enclosure. The koozie is a foam structure preserving the thermal state of the beverage within the cylindrical interior.
